Galaxy International School was designed while taking into consideration the needs and requirements of all students. Our infrastructure is created to encourage positivity and engagement. We have created individual learning areas for all students with the architecture reflecting the student’s moods. Our brightly painted walls, airy classrooms and open hallways give our students a welcoming environment during their time at the school. We also provide our students with RO water that is clean, filtered and hygienic.Our buses come equipped with GPS systems for constant tracking. Our science and computer lab have state-of-the-art technology. These are equipped to propel individual learning for students of all ages.
COMPUTER LAB
The school has well equipped computer lab with 20 computers, designed as per the latest technology which allows a whole class to work in the lab together. The high speed internet and wi-fi connectivity enables the students as well as the teachers in working together on various projects and assignments. The presence of a computer lab helps the students to learn practically and technically.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
The safety of students at our school is a matter of high concern for us. The school is served well by a full team of security staff, twenty-four hours a day. The school also uses various other security tools to ensure careful monitoring of the premises.
The school also has well-developed plans to deal with any emergency that could arise, either at school or on school trips.
There is an extensive CCTV coverage throughout the campus including Class rooms , Labs ,Library, Reception area, Offices, Main entry and exit gates, Hostel¸ Swimming pool and Offices etc.
The entire Building is equipped with Fire fighting equipment.
A number of guidelines are stated and strictly enforced to ensure all electrical equipment and Physical infrastructure is safe all the time.
TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES
The School Transport fleet has air conditioned buses that are equipped with the state-of- art technology and next-gen- facilities like CCTV, GPS, Fire extinguisher, First aid box, Mechanical speed Governors, emergency numbers, clean Drinking water etc. ensuring the utmost safety, security and comfort of the students. The buses are driven by skilled drivers and accompanied by a helper and a maid so that the security of bus and student passengers onboard can be ensured. A teacher is deputed in every bus as the bus-in-charge.
Ground Rules for Transport Facility
- The School Bus is available for all the students from Pre-Primary to XII, Parents should consult the school Transport in charge for necessary details.
- No child is allowed to go to her/his friends or relatives place from the school.
- No student will be allowed to travel by any other bus except the allotted one to him/her.
- No student is permitted to eat in the bus. Discarding of trash or food either inside or outside the buses, is not permitted.
- Change of residence should be notified to the school prior to the change of Bus, so that the arrangement can be done in this regard on time.
- Teachers travelling in the bus or the monitor of the bus has the right to report to the Principal if a child misbehaves in the bus, for which the child can be suspended.
- Admission to St. Joseph’s International school does not ensure a seat on any particular bus. If a bus is full, or does not cover the required area, Parents will have to make their own arrangements in this regard.
- Request for change of bus route or additional stops will not be entertained in any case.
- For discontinuation of the school bus & change of school bus the school office has to be informed in the writing and the bus fee will be charged till the office is informed in writing.
